All our orders are packed and dispatched from our HQ in Perth, Western Australia. Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours Monday – Friday (excluding WA public holidays).
Shipping times are calculated once the order has left our HQ. Timeframes are only an estimate provided by Australia Post. Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has been shipped (tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available).
Illash by Illy cannot be held responsible for the service, or any delivery delays associated with the postal service. Once order has left our HQ, we are unable to make any changes to your order or items. Please ensure correct details are entered at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
