Returns policy

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

On the rare occasion a faulty or damaged item is received, please email
support@illashbyilly.com with photos of your faulty or damaged items along with your order number for replacement items to be arranged as soon as possible. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

All our lashes are hand-made meaning there can be slight variations in our batches. Please note that this does not constitute a faulty or damaged item.

If the wrong order or item is received, please email support@illashbyilly.com within 7 days of receiving your package, along with photos of the shipping label.
